What is Breathwork?
Simply put, breathwork is breathing with conscious awareness!
Breathing with your full attention and intention to improve your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Breathwork is an ancient self-healing modality that encourages self-awareness, self-empowerment, inner-peace, and is designed to positively alter the body, mind, heart, and soul, and produce therapeutic inner transformation and healing.
Like yoga and meditation, there are many different breathwork types and techniques. The common thread is that all take a holistic approach and support the function of your body from the inside out. To me, it is a self-love approach!
Breathwork is one of the most direct and powerful tools to change your state, reduce stress, reset the nervous system and support your body’s natural ability to heal.
It is a powerful tool for detoxing and acts as an emotional cleanse activating your energy system to release trauma, and shift stuck energy and emotions weighing you down or holding you hostage to the past.
Releasing & letting go are part of the healing process.
Your BREATH is the bridge that connects you to every aspect of yourself - body, mind, heart (soul), and spirit.

I am a Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator.
I use a circular breathing pattern that is connected and continuous with no pausing at the top or the bottom of the inhale or exhale.

I’m not a doctor or therapist. I am here to hold space and help facilitate your transformation for better health & vitality.

Transformational Breathing where the first focus is to open restricted breathing patterns so your entire respiratory system is utilized.
What To Expect
Conscious Connected Breathwork is an active meditation that helps you get out of your head and drop into your body, allowing for deep feeling and healing. Because these sessions use an activating breath pattern, they are done laying down and relaxed.
Powerful shifts and transformation can occur in a short amount of time and I am here to help you free up space and the energy that isn’t serving you so you can step into a higher vibrational state and feel more connected and empowered. By breathing deeply the body is better able to oxygenate cells, increase energy and improve your overall well-being.
During a session with me you I will take you through the various steps of the breathing techniques, followed by deep rest, relaxation, and sharing to integrate any shifts into your consciousness.
You’ll be immersed deeper into the session by the accompaniment of tools such as chimes, maracas, evocative music, guided ques, intention, and more, this breathwork triggers a heartfelt emotional and physical release.
Breathwork is not something easily described, it is truly a Powerful & Profound experience!

These Integrative Breathwork experiences harness the power of your own innate healing capacity uniting the body, mind, and soul, and are an efficient and effective way to live in a more joyous state!
At times integration can be emotional and intense but most often it is gentle, subtle, and empowering.
Clients have shared that at the end of a session they feel lighter and relaxed, full of love and gratitude, with a sense of clarity, insight, peace, and forgiveness.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is an active breathing practice resulting in certain specific physiological changes in the body and also can result in intense physical and emotional release.
Some condition as may be heightened, deepened, induced, or aggravated by the Conscious Connected Integrative Breathwork practice, therefore, please check with your family doctor as may not be safe for persons with the following conditions to participate in a breathwork session:
circulatory or cardiovascular disease of any kind
glaucoma
detached retina
angina
heart attacks, disease, or abnormal arrhythmias
high (uncontrolled) or low blood pressure
respiratory illness or distress
aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
epilepsy
diagnosis of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
